The mentoring program consists of the following offering:
- Mentoring meeting every month to assist you to plan for your month and review your successes and focus areas for the month ahead.
- A copy of the Deft Safety Mastery Planner – a tried and tested approach to support your planning for success; creating an achievable program to improve your Safety & Risk Management, Compliance and Engagement across your organisation.
- Access to resources for monthly activities including Leadership Packs, Team Talks, Risk Reviews and Site Reviews and resources to support you to complete each month’s activities.
- Virtual review of Deft Safety Mastery Planner reporting, and feedback of insights to improve individual or organisational performance.
